If you grant permission, Flowtica may send you push notifications to remind you about focus sessions, streaks, or app updates. To send notifications, your device generates a push token (a unique identifier issued by Apple or Google) which is used solely to deliver notifications to your device. Push notification tokens are retained only as long as needed to deliver notifications. If you disable notifications, we stop sending them immediately.
